Office Building Sanchinarro Madrid

Office development in Sanchinarro T2, Madrid

Three office buildings adapt to the shape of the site creating a lineal central courtyard between them. Two of the buildings are aligned along the highway and the third is centred between these facing the urban street to the interior of the site. The shift between them produces an outdoor  square oriented towards an important intersection of the urban plan creating the entrance plaza.

Buildings are clad in natural stone with a load-bearing facade on the exterior freeing the interior offices of columns. The central courtyard enclosed in glass is the main entrance hall to the complex providing access to the three buildings.
