Residential Tower and Town Houses 116+24 units in Isla Chamartin, Madrid

This project in the north of Madrid is innovative for its program, its formal solution and the construction systems and materials used. It consists of a twenty storey tower with different sized apartment units and two rows of single family town houses. The tower was conceived with a cast in place bearing wall structure finished in traditional stucco with a bright colour scheme. The structure permits floor to ceiling window openings and clean interior spaces free of columns.

Luxury row houses are stacked with entrances on two levels and private swimming pools; lower ones in grade level garden and upper on roof terrace. Community gardens and swimming pool were designed with special care to their landscape values.
